How to stay healthy while managing your job
Hey Guys!!!! thank you so much for reading my blogs on regular basis. I received a lot of requests to write about healthy life. Everybody wants to stay healthy & fit but at the same time we are not those who has time time for Gym because WE HAVE TO GO TO WORK!!!! Yeah man you feel me!!
So i am going to share the healthy tips with you all which you can follow while managing your work life balance. I promise you don't have to hamper your office routine.

So i am going to share the healthy tips with you all which you can follow while managing your work life balance. I promise you don't have to hamper your office routine.
Don't skip your breakfast
You can
call me crazy to give such advise but trust me when you have your breakfast
your body digests well. Its like fuel. When you consume a good amount of
breakfast in the morning your body will stop craving for junk food in the first
half of the day.
2. Sugar!! Big No No
If you
want to stay fit, cut sugar from your life. they are literally everywhere. In
coffee,tea, candies,snacks. Sugar can never be proved good for your body as it
will only increase your blood sugar and nothing else. if you are a true
chocolate or ice cream lover you can go for sugar free sweets and dark
chocolates.
3. Home made food is the best
Don't believe
the advertise, don't get trapped into their sugarcoated promised to make you
healthy. whatever they says to you at the end of the day they want you to buy
their food items. Go for homemade food which is much healthier fit and safe. If
you want to increase your immunity go for the home made food and you will feel
the difference.

A safe drinking water is all that
you need. water is like that best friend who will never back-stab you. you can
easily rely on water to help your body in being fit. Water will help your
digestion system, keep yourself hydrated. if you have cravings for outside junk
food have a full glass of water and the hunger will go away.
5. Stretching at office
A little
exercise or movement will help your body in being active and awake. if you have
a 8 hours sitting job then stretching is your true rescuer. if you sit on the
chair for more than 2 hours your blood flow will slow down a little and
digestion as well. Slow digestion will increase fat in your body and you can
have multiple diseases in younger age.
- Legs and arms - move your wrists in a circular motion after every hour in office.same goes with knee.
- Neck - Do 2 rounds of clockwise and anticlockwise direction to rest you neck.
- Eyes - If you sit in front of a computer, wash your eyes after every hour with cold water.
6. Weekend routine
When you
have a loaded week you want your weekend to get lazy and to sleep whole day. I
literally understand you but now we have promised ourselves to stay fit so no
lazy Sundays going forward.
- Sleep - sleep for maximum of 8 hours don't take much of a sleep specially after lunch
- Activeness - be active outside of your office. Stop watching TV and surfing on internet for the whole day. Go cycling, hiking or just play something with kids.
- Walk - if you are not comfortable in doing any above activity you can just walk for yourself.
As i said
earlier we need to cut sugar from our routine. we all get coffee cravings
mostly when you feel sleepy. 1 cup of coffee should be enough for you. If
you get a good sleep your body will get the needed rest and it will digest the
food in its own time.

You know
who is your biggest enemy who can stop you from doing the above mentioned
things? YOU!! yes you are your own enemy not because you don't want to stay fit
its because you don't want to disturb your regular routine or you have people
who can distract you from your goal. You have chosen your way so stay loyal
with yourself. You can hang motivational quotes in your work desk. Give a
challenge to your self and accomplish the goal everyday.
